I have been rubbing 1 drop on my palms mixed with 2 drops of apricot kernel carrier oil and inhaling a couple of times just before I go to sleep (I also rub the back of my neck). It calms my mind and I get to sleep quickly.
Add 3-5 drops to 1 Tbs Untouched Body Lotion and massage into skin before sleep. Repeat daily.
Add 10 drops to the diffuser in the evening or in the bedroom. Repeat as required.
Add 10 drops to water when mopping floors.
Laundry - fabric softener
Add 5 drops to your wash. Repeat as required.

This amazing oil is our go-to for stings, rashes, pimples and relaxation. My children suffer from hay-fever and their eyes are often itchy at night time. I blend a few drops with almond oil and rub on their temples. The itching stops and they drift off to sleep. I am very keen to try Lavender True in the near future.
