The item I ordered arrived expired or the packaging was damaged
Please arrange to return the item to Absolute Essential for assessment. Once we have confirmed the issue, it will be replaced free of charge.
To help process the return quickly, please provide the following:
- The original packaging, including the Absolute Essential box or container
- Details on the issue around the product
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging

I've changed my mind and no longer want the item I ordered
We like our customers to be happy with their purchase; however, choose carefully as we cannot simply give a refund if you change your mind.
The item I received is not the item I ordered
Provided you have not opened the item and the packaging is in good condition, we will replace the item or provide a full refund. Please arrange to return the item to Absolute Essential for assessment.
