A potent and energising blend to encourage mental clarity and positive action. Great for when you need an extra boost of confidence.
Product uses
Enhance clear and confident thinking
Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, leave for 10 minutes then replenish regularly.
Place 3 drops on your collar or pulse points in the morning.
Add 10 drops to ½ cup of (any) milk then add to running bath water.
Add 5 drops to a wet face cloth and rub all over your body after showering. Towel dry if required.
Safety considerations
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.

Allergies: This blend does not contain any nut oils, however, the place of manufacture handles nut oils and gluten-containing oils.

Clarity & Confidence

I bought this oil because I needed to clear my thoughts on occasion. It is a very uplifting oil with a slightly sweet wood scent. Love the lemon/lime tones as they make me feel alert. And when you add eucalyptus to the mix I’m always sold! It’s another popular oil among my Pilates clients when working out.
