This set of First Aid Essentials can cover most bases for natural family first aid care. Cuts, burns, bites, pimples, headaches, congestion, growing aches, backache, sleeplessness and nausea are all things that can be lovingly and gently managed with these three oils. Stay prepared using nature's finest organic trio: Lavender True, Peppermint and Tea Tree.

Product uses
Allergies and colds - congestion
Add 3-5 drops of Peppermint and/or Tea Tree to hot water for steam inhalation, as required.

Skincare - pimples, mouth ulcers, skin infections, insect bites.
Add 2 drops Lavender True and /or Tea Tree directly to the affected area.
Add 5 drops Lavender True and /or Tea Tree to 1/4ltr water and wash the affected area twice a day.

Headaches and nausea
Add 1-2 drops Lavender True and/or Peppermint to back of neck and temples. Avoid the eye area.
Add 1 drop of Peppermint to the tongue or head to ease nausea.

Sleeplessness, restlessness
Add 3-5 drops Lavender True to bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Add 3-5 drops Lavender True to a diffuser. Replenish as required.
Add 3-5 drops Lavender True direct to chest.

Body aches
Add 3-5 drops Lavender True to bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Add 2-5 drops Peppermint direct to body aches, repeat as often as required. Assure skin is not broken.
Safety notes
These oils are safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
