An uplifting and fortifying plant distilllation to support and strengthen healthy immunity and respiration.
Product uses
Immune support
Take one hot bath a week with 1 cup of Epsom salts and 8 drops of Thyme Thymol. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Winter ailments
Add 3 drops and 1 drop of Peppermint to steam inhalation, three times a day. Or 8 drops added into the evening bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Purified environment
Add 8 drops to a diffuser. Add an additional 10 drops of Eucalyptus Australiana to enhance the scent and effectiveness.

Enhance resolve
Add 5 drops to a diffuser. Add an additional 5 drops of Frankincence and 5 drops of Lemon to enhance the scent and effectiveness.
Allergies - Congestion (Adults)
Blend 1 drop with 1 drop each of Eucalyptus Australiana and Lavender Spike, rub the mixture onto the palms of your hands. Cup your hands around your nose and breathe deeply. Repeat as needed up to 6 times a day.
Add 1 drop each of Lavender Spike, Eucalyptus Australiana, Peppermint, Thyme Thymol, and Immortella to a bowl of hot water. Create a tent with a towel over your head and inhale the vapours. Repeat up to three times a day.
Safety considerations
Thyme may be irritating to sensitive skin. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

might be a must item especially furing COVID

I got to know this oil when I took an aromatherapy class from a very experienced practitioner.

The practitioner said when anyone in her family starts to feel unwell or even the cold symptoms fully manifested, this oil will just blow everything away by applying on the sole of the feet at night.

She also said it might be helpful against COVID.

Also, specifically, thyme thymol is necessary, not other types of thyme.

She also mentioned that it is strong, only put on the sole of feet, not other areas of skin. For children, depends on ages, dilution with a carrier oil is necessary.

High quality thyme oil

Great for respiratory conditions. Can be used neat on a tissue for inhaling but be careful due to its strength as it can feel like it is burning the lips or nostrils if the oil touches the skin directly. Effective in a diffuser or next to a pillow / dabbed on a collar. Soothing for muscles or as a chest rub when mixed with a carrier oil such as sweet almond or castor.

As always, Absolute Essentials is fantastic quality. The packaging has durable, elegant labels and is easy to open.
