A balancing and soothing blend to promote a sense of equilibrium, which may provide balance and support for women in all phases of womanhood. 
Product uses
Hormone balance
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Add 2-3 drops to your pillow and sheets before sleep.
Add 10 drops to 1 tsp Untouched Body Oil/Cream and massage lovingly into stomach and back.

Mood stabiliser - PMT
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Add 2-3 drops to your pillow and sheets before sleep.
Add 10 drops to 1tsp Untouched Body Oil/Cream and massage lovingly into stomach and back.
Blend 5 drops with 25 drops of Evening Primrose oil and massage into the small of your back to offer comfort during pre-menstrual and menstrual phases.

Menopause
Add 5 drops to a hot wet cloth, place over small of back. Leave as long as possible while resting.
Add 5 drops to a hot dry cloth, place over small of back, support with a hot water bottle. Leave as long as possible while resting.
Add 10 drops to a bath once a week. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Safety considerations
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentially ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. NOT designed for use with infants or during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergies: This blend does not contain nut oils, however, the place of manufacture handles nut oils.

Love it

I love the smell of this blend, it’s so delightful. I would happily put it in a perfumers base or roll on and wear it. I typically don’t like the smell of chamomile but it’s not overpowering and the geranium and palmarosa create a lovely sweet floral smell and you get a touch of zing from the lemon.

Amazing blend

I love this blend. Have been using it for sometime and I do think it helps my mood when that time of month approaches. I've had numerous people comment on the lovely scent and just brought this one as a gift for a very good friend 🧡

Lovely!!

Super nice, I have only used in my vaporiser, it’s very relaxing and grounding. I am planning to get some almond oil and use in a body oil blend. Very happy:))
