A sweet and soft plant distillation that is very safe to use in pregnancy to calm nerves and as a tonic which may support your healthy skin.
Product uses
Skincare
Add 2-5 drops to a 50g pot of moisturising cream for most skin types. Add to a bath for skin irritation recovery. For babies add 1 drop to ½ cup of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain or dairy) and add to bath. For older children add 3-5 drops and adults up to 10 drops. Repeat every other day. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Nerve tonic
Diffuse 5-6 drops in a diffuser to promote a relaxing, calm atmosphere. Repeat every hour and as required.

Emotional stability
Add 4 drops to a bath every other day. 3 drops of Lavender True will provide additional relaxation and sleep-enhancing benefits. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Woman's tonic
Add 5-6 drops to a bath, compress or diffuser to balance hormones during puberty, pregnancy, menstruation and menopause. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Safety considerations
Safe when used as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
