Product uses
Injury recovery
Add 5 drops to ¼ tsp Arnica and massage into the affected area.
Tension (headaches/backache)
Add 2 drops to temples, or rub on back/neck to support tension relief.
Digestion
Add 3 drops to Olive Oil and rub on to stomach to support indigestion and relieve flatulence.
Common cold
Add 2 drops to a steam inhalation, breathe for 2-3 min. Repeat every hour up to 5 times a day or until symptoms ease.
CAUTION: Keep away from eyes and sensitive or broken skin.
Safety considerations
May be irritating to the skin. Not recommended during pregnancy (Spearmint is a safe alternative). Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children. So fresh!
A lovely and refreshing aroma. I use it on the back of my neck to keep headaches at bay and put it in my diffuser with Orange Sweet to freshen up the atmosphere at home.

Thank you Sarah for your review, we really appreciate your support. I agree, it's like liquid ice this one and yes a perfect combo with Orange Sweet and I like to add a little Cedarwood so it holds a little longer with a base note.
