Upgrade your salad dressing game with this powerhouse of healthy oils. This go-to recipe includes organic avocado, olive, argan, flax seed, and evening primrose oil. Not only will it take care of all your Omega needs, but it will also keep you feeling good inside and out.
Vital Glow Salad Dressing (makes 1 litre):
500 ml Organic Avocado Oil
250ml Organic Olive Oil
100ml Organic Argan Oil
125ml Organic Flax Seed
25ml Organic Evening Primrose Oil
Combine all the ingredients in a large glass jar or bottle and store in the fridge. Give it a good shake before use.

Argan Almond Butter
1 ¾ cups toasted almonds
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ a cup certified organic, pure, raw Argan Oil
¼ cup honey
Grind the almonds with salt to a paste, slowly add Argan Oil until smooth and creamy, then add the honey. Mix until completely combined. Store in a glass jar in the pantry or fridge. Yum!

1 banana
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon LSA
1/2 teaspoon (30drops) Argan Oil
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined. Enjoy!
