The common cold (viral rhinitis) is a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract – nose and throat. Symptoms do vary but can include a runny nose, blocked nose, sneezing, sore throat, low-grade fever, cough, body aches and fatigue. While not often serious, colds can make you feel really lousy for up to 10 days.
To clear and reduce pressure in the sinuses and facilitate easier breathing.
Tip: Use an old fashion cotton handkerchief instead of a paper tissue. They contain no dust particles, are less irritating on the surrounding nose skin and are much better for the environment.
