What is it?

Add 10 drops to ¼ cup of fatty milk (nut, grain, bean, or dairy) and ½ cup of Epsom Salts. Add the blend to a hot bath before bedtime. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Rub 3-5 drops to the sole of your feet before bed.

Rub 2-3 drops to pulse points before bed. Repeat every night to establish a routine or as required.
