Sore muscles

What are they?
Sore muscles occur after intense or new types of exercise. The soreness, felt as stiffness or pain, is caused by micro tears to the muscle tissue. This inflammation is the body’s way of starting the healing process, so sore muscles aren’t necessarily a bad thing. If you give them a bit of attention with this blend on the way to recovery, they may grow even bigger and stronger.

To ease pain and increase circulation to sore muscles. Strengthening and soothing.

Apply 10 drops to ¼ cup of fatty milk (nut, grain, bean, or dairy) and ½ cup of Epsom Salts. Add this blend to a hot bath before bed. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Rub 3-5 drops to the desired area before and after exercise to prevent soreness.

Rub 3-5 drops to the affected area. Repeat 2-3 times a day until symptoms ease.

Mix 5-10 drops into 1 Tbsp of Untouched Body Hydration or Lotion. Massage gently into the affected area. Repeat 2-3 times a day until symptoms ease.
