Day time use

Add 10 drops to a diffuser. Replenish up to 5 times a day to build your resilience.

Add 1-2 drops to pulse points. Take a deep breath. Repeat as often as required.

Evening use

Apply 10 drops to ¼ cup of fatty milk (nut, grain, bean, or dairy) and ½ cup of Epsom Salts, add this mix to a hot bath prior to bedtime. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Rub 5 drops of this blend onto the soles of your feet before bedtime. Repeat nightly if required.
