Product uses
Anxiety and nervous energy - Stress Less
A tonic for the nerves. Calming and relaxing support to help return to a healthy balance.
Add 5-15 drops to a diffuser. Replenish as required.
Apply 2-3 drops to the collar or pillow.
Add 5-10 drops into a bath as water runs. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp of your preferred carrier. Massage into neck or anywhere you feel tension.
Apply 1-2 drops to back of neck and wrists.

Enhanced restorative sleep - Deep Sleep
A very relaxing blend to gently work active molecules through the body and support deep sleep.
Add 5-15 drops to a diffuser. Replenish as required.
Add 5-10 drops into a bath as water runs. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Apply 1-2 drops to back of neck and wrists.

Concentration - Brain Power
A blend to help clarify the mind, enhance recall and promote inner calm. Great for study and work.
Add 5-15 drops to a diffuser. Replenish as required.
Add 2-3 drops to a tissue and inhale as required.

A Fantastic Gift

I use all of these oils myself and have gifted this set to several friends who were going through hard times or just needed a little boost. I feel like these are all really useful oils that most people could use on a daily basis. The gift box is beautiful and a really nice touch.
