Product uses
Sleep
Massage into pulse points before bed or when sleep is disrupted.

Teething - babies
Rub this blend onto baby's neck and cheeks, as required.

Colic - babies
Massage 10 drops gently onto baby's stomach in a clockwise direction. Repeat hourly as required.

Fever - babies
Massage 10 drops gently onto baby's back and stomach every hour. Always monitor fever very carefully and consult a health specialist to rule out serious illness.

Fever - adults
Add 20 drops to cold compress and apply to ankles, repeat every 30 minutes. Always monitor fever very carefully and consult a health specialist to know the safe parameters and to rule out serious illness.
Safety considerations
This product is already a 3% blend and does not require further dilution. It can be added to a blend or gel or simply applied as it is. Not suitable for use in a diffuser or the bath. Very safe if used as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Sleep aid

Love this product I pop a few drops on my wrist pulse points if I have woken at night and need to get back to a deep sleep. Have also used it on the odd spot I might have on my jaw line has helped with the healing.
