Restful sleep

I purchased Chamomile Roman Water a little while ago, and use it mainly to help me sleep. I spray my bedroom and my pillow lightly before I go to sleep and find it helpful with falling asleep. I had a lot on over the past couple of months and found my mind very busy, this has been part of my sleep strategy and it's certainly helped a lot.
