A fresh and invigorating plant distillation to boost circulation and encourage balance. Useful in cleansing the skin and body.
Product uses
Cellulite and circulation
Massage 5 drops into the affected area immediately after a shower.

Fluid retention
Add 5 drops to a footbath or 10 drops to a bath and soak for 15 minutes every second day or as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Hot flashes
Add 5-10 drops in a tepid bath at night or apply to the soles of feet. Use regularly. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Emotional stability
Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser or bath, blend with Geranium in equal parts. Repeat as required. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Menstrual support - mid cycle
Blend 1-2 drops with 1-2 drops Lavender True, 3 drops Lemon and 1 tsp Chamomile German: 3% in Jojoba oil and massage it into the small of your back to support calm.

Safe when used as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Uplifting and Grounding

Cypress smells fresh and enlivening to me, and yet I find it really grounding too. The smell takes me back to the smell of Christmas as a child, in front of the Christmas tree.
