Product uses
Insomnia
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Apply 1-2 drops to wrists and back of neck.
Add 10 drops and mix into bath water. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Blend 10 drops in to 1/2 tsp of Untouched Body Cream and massage gently into neck and back prior sleep.

Restful sleep and sweet dreams
Apply 3-5 drops to feet before bed.
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes, replenish as required.
Safety considerations
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. NOT designed for use with infants or during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergies: This blend does not contain nut oils, however, the place of manufacture handles nut oils.

This oil has a lovely combination of smells that inspire deep relaxing breaths. The first sweet note is followed by a base note and then a satisfying middle note enhancing relaxation and sleep. It works! Thankyou.

Improved Deeper, longer sleep
