Product uses
Natural immunity / viral infections - Immune Care
Add 10 drops to a diffuser effective in 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Mix 10 drops into Untouched Body Oil, Lotion or Cream and rub onto the chest.
Add 10 drops to 1/4 cup of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain, or dairy) and mix into bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Add 3-5 drops into hot water for steam inhalation. Breathe deeply (not recommended for asthmatics).
Rub 2-3 drops to the bottom of the feet before bedtime.

Chest congestion - Breathe Easy
Add 10 drops to a diffuser effective in 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Mix 10 drops into Untouched Body Oil, Lotion or Cream and rub onto the chest.
Add 10 drops to 1/4 cup of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain, or dairy) and mix into bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Add 3-5 drops into hot water for steam inhalation. Breathe deeply (not for asthmatics).
Rub 2-3 drops to the chest into the torso, repeat as often as required.

Sinus congestion
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Mix 10 drops into Untouched Body Oil, Lotion or Cream and rub onto the chest.
Add 10 drops to 1/4 cup of fatty milk (nut, bean, grain, or dairy) and mix into bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.

Add 1 drop to the tip of your finger and apply to the tip of your nose or a tissue. Inhale. Repeat every 30min or as required.

Restorative sleep
Add 2-3 drops of each blend (separately or a combination) to a diffuser to create a therapeutic space that supports healthy respiration and restful sleep.
