A refreshing all-natural blend with antiseptic properties that supports decongestion and relief from sinus irritations.
Product uses
Sinus congestion - head colds and hayfever
Add 3-6 drops in steam inhalation or to tissue. Breathe deeply.
Add 6-10 drops to a diffuser.
Put 1 drop onto fingertips and apply to the base of the nose.
Smudge 1-2 drops onto wrists and back of the neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage).
Mix 10 drops into 1 tsp Untouched Body cream/oil and rub onto the chest. Repeat as often as required.

Altitude sickness
Put 1 drop onto fingertips and apply to the base of the nose. Repeat every 30 minutes while ascending mountains to assist quick oxygen absorption.
Safety considerations
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentially ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. NOT designed for use with infants or during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.

Allergies: This blend does not contain nut oils, however, the place of manufacture handles nut oils.

Love Inhale Essential oil

Have been using this couple times a day and before I go to bed. I run a drop under my nose and it’s helped my sinuses and hayfever like nothing else has been able to do! Love the smell too!
