Product uses
Hormones - mood stabiliser menopause - Woman Support
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Add 2-3 drops to your pillow and sheets before sleep.
Add 10 drops to 1 tsp Untouched Body Oil/Cream and massage lovingly into stomach and back.

Stress management and relaxation - Sweet Rose
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
10 drops into 1/2 cup fatty milk (nut, bean, grain, or dairy) and mix into bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Smudge 1-2 drops onto the pulse points
Blend 10 drops to 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil and massage into the body.

Emotional lows - Uplift
Add 10 drops to a diffuser for 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
