A lively and toning plant distillation to support mental alertness while alleviating fatigue.
Product uses
Mental alertness
Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser. Dab 1-2 drops onto pulse points. Repeat as required. Avoid using after 3pm if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Digestion support - fatty food
Add 10 drops to a diffuser before and during meals especially if heavy.

Muscle tonic and recovery
Add 5 drops to 1 tsp of Untouched Body Hydration. Add 10 drops to an afternoon bath. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Safety considerations
Rosemary is considered too stimulating for those with epilepsy or high blood pressure. Otherwise, safe to use as directed. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.

A regular for me

I use a few drops in my shampoo and massage into my scalp twice a week in the mornings. My hair has never been fast growing but now I feel my hair has benefitted with steady growth and good coverage. And I like the scent and wake up it gives.

A solution for memory loss

Rosemary Cineol used in a diffuser does have an effect on memory and clarity of mind. I use it every evening. It also smells good so that you can use it anytime when anybody is there. It is also economical as 2 or 3 drops suffice to use for a whole evening.

Favourite "brain" oil

I love the quality of this oil. I add a couple drops of rosemary to just about anything I’m diffusing at work to help give my brain a boost! This is one of my favorite, most versatile oils!
